About the Role

The mission of the compliance office is to provide guidance to the entire Boston College community with regard to the rules, regulations and standards which mandate integrity and fair play. Above all else, the office exists to promote and protect the health and well-being of the student-athletes, the athletic department, and the University.

The Assiant/Associate Director for Compliance provides support in establishing a commitment to compliance with all University, Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) and National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) rules and regulations governing intercollegiate athletics. This position is responsible for managing all aspects of financial aid including athletic scholarship projections, NCAA squad lists and student-athlete meal plans and stipend checks. In addition, this position has day-to-day responsibilities in the areas of roster management, playing and practice and NCAA reporting.

This Associate/Assistant position reports to the Athletics Director for Compliance and works in conjunction with the compliance staff to implement NCAA, Atlantic Coast Conference and Boston College regulations for all 31 intercollegiate sports.
