Key Responsibilities

Negotiate, structure and draft domestic and international license agreements across traditional and emerging platforms (e.g., broadcast and cable television, digital and social media)
Draft, negotiate and review various production-related contracts (e.g., talent agreements, vendor agreements, footage licenses, appearance releases)
Deliver ongoing analysis and day-to-day legal advice in connection with a wide variety of media-related agreements as well as strategic and operational issues
Provide additional legal and business affairs support as needed in connection with media-related projects and initiatives

About the Company

The National Football League is seeking a transactional attorney who will be responsible for a broad range of media-related deal and advisory support. This is an exciting opportunity to help support the NFL’s own media operations and to help advance the League’s media strategy. Strong candidates will possess an understanding of distribution and licensing models as well as development and production issues, and will have experience in reviewing, structuring, and drafting content-related agreements.
