About the Role

The Role
We are seeking an Assistant for our Corporate Compliance Executive in the Office of the General Counsel. The position leads the office for a highly busy executive and is comfortable working with individuals in a variety of roles both within and outside of the agency.

Responsibilities
Handle high-volume scheduling and rolling calls for executive
Experience handling multiple executives
Prepare daily To-Do Lists for executive in addition to handling the follow up, file and resolve items can be handled directly by the assistant
Provide research and documentation on current federal and state regulatory matters
Understand the workflow relationships of both the compliance office and the agency at large
Liaise with multiple external auditors and regulators, and internal departments
Work with Finance & Accounting, HR, and IT on all compliance and regulatory mandates
Heavy documentation of controls and processes
Draft and review policies, and other legal documents as needed
Edit and Redline NDA’s
Coordinate travel itineraries and submit monthly expense reports
