About the Role

FBG is seeking a talented, team-oriented Associate Commercial Counsel with 2+ years of applicable legal experience to join the FBG team. The Associate Commercial Counsel will play a crucial role in FBG’s efforts to establish internal policies and processes and will also work closely with FBG’s business units to provide legal and strategic guidance with respect to vendor selection and contract negotiations. This role will report to the Director of Legal and will provide support across Fanatics Betting & Gaming.

Duties and responsibilities may include:
Draft and negotiate a wide range of inbound and outbound agreements including non-disclosure agreements, services agreements, marketing agreements and other vendor agreements.
Help develop policies and processes relating to negotiation of agreements and support the continuous improvement and updating of standard form agreements and legal processes.
Advise various business teams and other internal stakeholders on legal issues and risks, agreement structures, approval processes, company policies and procedures, and business strategy.
Help select and manage outside counsel.
Support the wider company in building a leading digital gaming platform.
Open to regular travel to events and other Fanatics offices for various offsite and team meetings
