We're looking for a lawyer who has experience in and passion for the sports and/or entertainment industries, and an in-depth understanding of the broader media landscape.

What You'll Do:

Structure, negotiate, and draft license agreements with content providers across sports, entertainment, news, and lifestyle for the distribution and monetization on Twitter of premium video and other content

Provide dedicated legal support to Twitter’s deal leads, partner managers, product teams, and other cross-functional company stakeholders for content partner transactions, from initiation of term sheet through signature of agreement

Assist in the implementation of content acquisition agreements and in the monetization of the resulting content

Work as needed with Legal team colleagues around the world in support of content acquisition agreements with partners in various international territories

Serve as a subject matter expert within the company and stay up-to-date on media, sport, and entertainment law, as well as other legal issues related to Twitter’s content acquisition and monetization business
