Endeavor seeks a talented and highly motivated junior lawyer to join its legal and business affairs team, primarily supporting WME Sports’ growing student-athlete and team-sports representation businesses.

Responsibilities:

Monitoring and managing regulatory matters relating to the recruitment and representation of student athletes, including compliance with name, image and likeness laws and policies, and athlete agent regulations
Providing advice and guidance on compliance with players associations’ agent regulations
Liaising with internal legal teams and raising issues as appropriate
Assisting with reviewing, redlining and negotiating contracts for student athletes and other clients
Fostering positive long-term relationships with the company’s clients and customers
