About the Role
What You’ll Do:
The Contract Manager is responsible for managing the lifecycle of key contracts, from initial support to the negotiations to the expiry or termination of the contract, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all parties are meeting their contractual obligations.
Contract negotiation:
Gather inputs from internal stakeholders and submit requests to Procurement and Legal
Support Procurement, Legal and relevant Functional Area personnel involved in the negotiation
Identify, assess, and manage risks associated with On Location 's contracts
Manage internal approval processes up to final go-ahead and signature
Contract management:
Manage contractual deadlines and liaise with stakeholders to ensure compliance
Maintain good relationships with vendors
Resolve contract-related issues and/or escalate to relevant internal stakeholders
Reporting and analysis:
Produce detailed reports and analyses on contract management
Monitor contract performance and ensure that the Event Production team and the company as a whole is meeting its contractual obligations
