Responsibilities
Drafts and negotiates key company contracts and provides strategic and proactive legal advice to applicable business clients, including with respect to market access agreements, strategic partnership agreements, sponsorship agreements, payment processing agreements, affiliate agreements and non-disclosure agreements.
Maintains an effective and organized form library and executed contract repository.
Inspires confidence in business clients by consistently providing well-reasoned legal advice and practical solutions to complex issues.
Exhibits a strong work ethic and takes ownership of complex projects with minimal supervision while demonstrating sound judgment and superior decision-making, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills; meets prescribed deadlines.
