ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Assist with directing and working with local counsel, investigators, government agencies, and law enforcement in 60+ countries
Work with IP Rights group to identify high value targets for coordinated civil and criminal actions
Assist with enforcement activities for Jewel Events, including liaising with MLB Security, Club personnel, investigators, local government officials
Assist with enforcement matters jointly addressed/handled with other sports leagues
Assist with training law enforcement, investigators and local counsel on MLB enforcement protocols and procedures
Prepare C&D letters for civil trademark infringement
Assist with special projects as directed by senior management
