About the Role

This role will be working with League and Member Club trademark and copyright registration and enforcement matters.

Responsibilities include:
The day to day assistance in updating and maintaining CPI database of worldwide intellectual property records for the League and all Member Clubs, including trademark and copyright prosecutions, trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings, trademark coexistence agreements, customs recordations, assignments, and royalty-free licenses.
Managing correspondence with U.S. and foreign customs on counterfeit product seizures.
Organizing and maintaining intellectual property files, both paper and digital. Other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
