Fox Rothschild LLP has an opening for an associate within the Gaming practice group of the Corporate department. This position can reside in the Firm’s Atlantic City, NJ; Morristown, NJ; Princeton, NJ; Las Vegas, NV; or Philadelphia, PA offices. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 5 years of gaming law, regulation, licensing and compliance experience. Corporate and/or finance background is a plus. Superior academic record and excellent writing skills are required. Large law firm experience preferred. The candidate must be licensed to practice in the state where the office resides.
