About the Role
WHAT YOU’LL DO AS A CORPORATE COUNSEL, WEB3:
Gain deep knowledge and understanding of DraftKings' newest product offerings, including DraftKings Marketplace and related regulatory and legal issues.
Work directly with various business units to anticipate legal and regulatory risks and issues relating to current and new product offerings.
Provide legal support and guidance to our Product, Operations, and Compliance teams surrounding new product offerings regulatory guidelines.
Conduct internal investigations related to regulatory and legal compliance.
Regularly evaluate the user-facing aspects of the company’s product offerings in light of legal and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate cross-functional legal input by working closely with other attorneys in the legal department.
Manage and direct outside law firms where necessary.
