What You’ll Do: You will be expected to assist on a wide variety of projects, determined by the company’s real-time needs. Areas of exposure may include:
Commercial Contracts - Analysis, Review, and Drafting
NDA Review
Conducting legal research and preparing legal memos and correspondence
Litigation and Small Claims Support
Regulatory Matters, including Daily Fantasy Sports
Consumer Protection Questions
Intellectual Property
Marketing and Product
Responding to discovery requests and subpoenas
Compliance
Corporate Governance and SEC-related Projects
Mergers and Acquisitions
Employment Law
Reviewing, drafting, and working on special projects for the legal department
