About the Role
The Counsel, Technology and Data will collaborate with an extensive group of internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities will primarily relate to Hollywood Park's venues, sponsorships and on-going development and operation of its 298-acre district.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Draft, review, analyze, interpret and negotiate a variety of agreements related to the use and operation of the venues and the retail district – primarily technology, data, and live events
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team on a wide range of subjects related to the development and operation of the venues and the retail district
Demonstrated ability to interact with stakeholders at multiple levels effectively
Respond to requests in a timely and professional manner
Handle multiple competing requests, manage expectations of stakeholders and appropriately prioritize
Manage a high-volume workload in a dynamic environment
Managing compliance workflows, specifically, assessing levels of risk, implementing controls, and tracking due diligence, training, contracts and approvals of third parties
About the Company
SoFi Stadium, the new home of the Los Angeles Rams and Los Angeles Chargers, is located at Hollywood Park, a 298-acre sports and entertainment destination being developed by Los Angeles Rams Owner/Chairman E. Stanley Kroenke in Inglewood, California. The 3.1 million square-foot SoFi Stadium is the largest stadium in the NFL, as well as the ﬁrst indoor outdoor stadium. It seats approximately 70,000, expandable up to 100,000, with more than 260 luxury suites and more than 13,000 premium seats. SoFi Stadium has already hosted the 2022 NFC Championship game and Super Bowl LVI in 2022. Exciting events are to come such as the College Football National Championship Game in 2023 and the Opening and Closing Ceremonies of the Olympic Games in 2028.
