ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES may include the following:
Advising on various legal issues, including federal and state laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions;
Drafting, negotiating and reviewing contracts dealing with a wide variety of subject matters;
Managing litigation and business disputes; and
Other duties and projects assigned by Executive Vice President and General Counsel.
