The ideal candidate will be passionate about sports, media, and have some expertise around
the acquisition, production, and distribution of content. We’d love to have you at our
headquarters in Austin, Texas, but we have a strong remote culture and are open to fully remote
candidates for this role.

The successful candidate will have a history of exceptional performance in prior employment
and academics, be impeccable with their word, and understand the necessity of tracking and
keeping commitments.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Negotiate, draft, and administer a variety of sports media agreements, including rights
acquisition, production, talent, original programming, unscripted content, documentaries,
advertising, sponsorship, and marketing
● Advise and build consensus among business executives about the acquisition,
production, and distribution of live sports events and content, including industry customs,
best practices, legal compliance (e.g., privacy, employment, etc.), and the evaluation
and management of risk
● Analyze a variety of contracts in response to questions from senior business and legal
executives
