About the Role
BACKGROUND
NHL Enterprises is seeking experienced transactional attorney to provide legal support on sponsorship, consumer products, licensing, corporate social responsibility, and related matters.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating legal aspects of various agreements, and providing legal support, in areas including sponsorship, consumer products, licensing, and corporate social responsibility; performing legal review of promotional materials; and handling other NHLE transactional matters, as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Approximately 10 years of corporate transactional experience
Law firm experienced preferred
Experience in licensing or sponsorship is a plus
Demonstrated superior drafting, negotiating, communication (written and oral), and problem-solving skills
Excellent judgment and ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple assignments and deadlines
A positive, team-oriented and collaborative attitude
