THE POSITION:
Our roster has an opening with your name on it

We are looking to add an In-House Counsel to our legal team with 4+ years of experience working at a nationally-recognized law firm or in-house at an internet/technology company to oversee the drafting and negotiation of day-to-day commercial contracts, assist with corporate governance, provide support to the marketing compliance program, and advise the business on privacy issues. Reporting initially to the VP – Legal & Business Affairs, this position will support many of FanDuel’s business teams.

THE GAME PLAN:
Everyone on our team has a part to play

Draft and negotiate a high volume of commercial and general enterprise contracts including agreements with vendors and suppliers.
Assist with corporate governance and entity licensing matters.
Support efforts to ensure compliance with various state marketing regulations.
Support business teams and Legal colleagues in reviewing and negotiating data processing agreements and information security schedules with third parties
Build close relationships with personnel at supported business operations and obtain and maintain a strong knowledge of the product and objectives of those operations.
Provide sound business judgment, confidence, a sense of ownership, drive, comfort making tough calls where the answer is not clear, and an aptitude to learn quickly the nuances of the internet, technology and media businesses.
