We are looking for a Director, Legal Affairs to provide legal support and guidance across multiple functions of the company, including senior management. The role will include broad legal responsibilities with respect to:

commercial matters for the company, including drafting and negotiating market access arrangements, retail sportsbook management agreements, sponsorship and partnership agreements, marketing, media and affiliate agreements, product and technology agreements and other commercial agreements
corporate transactions including mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, joint ventures and investments. The role will work closely with all business teams including corporate and business development, strategy, technology product development, marketing, finance and operations.
