Job Requirements: Applicants should have at least 4 years of experience with gaming law, regulation, and licensing matters. The ideal candidate should have experience assisting clients in policy, regulatory compliance, and licensing matters within the casino gaming or sports wagering industries. Candidates with experience in municipal law, government regulatory work, and administrative law will also be considered. Candidates should possess a strong academic background, superior drafting and negotiation skills, the ability to take on significant project responsibility, and the candidate should be diligent, detail-oriented, proactive, supportive, and team-focused. The position will be located in our Las Vegas office and admission to the Nevada Bar is preferred.
