About the Role

Applicants should have at least 3-6 years of experience running gaming regulatory projects with oversight on multijurisdictional projects. The ideal candidate should have experience assisting clients in policy, regulatory compliance, and licensing matters within the casino gaming, sports wagering, and/or state lottery industries. Experience in government procurement and general government regulatory work and administrative law is also desirable. Candidates should possess a strong academic background, superior drafting and negotiation skills, the ability to take on significant project responsibility, and the candidate should be diligent, detail-oriented, proactive, supportive, and team-oriented. Candidates with general corporate experience will also be considered. The position is location flexible in our Boston, Chicago or Las Vegas offices. Admission to the Massachusetts, Illinois Bar and/or Nevada Bar is preferred.

Greenberg Traurig's global Gaming Practice advises clients on matters that a company operating in the gaming industry may face, including licensing, compliance, issues under the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act (UIGEA), the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and other anti-money laundering laws, intellectual property, corporate transactions, and financing.
