PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide legal research and analysis
Review agreements and other documents to assist with special projects
Assist with the preparation of agreements
Support all Bills Legal Department efforts as required
Other responsibilities as assigned

About the Company
REQUIREMENTS:
Must possess a Bachelor’s degree and be enrolled in and actively pursuing a Juris Doctor at an accredited law school in the United States; must be entering their 2L or 3L year
Must be available to work during the academic year a schedule of 15-20 hours per week at our offices in Orchard Park, NY and during the summer schedule 35-40 hours per week at our offices during regular business hours
Strong research, writing, and organizational skills are required
Must be a self-starter and be comfortable working independently
Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to coordinate projects from development through completion
Proficient in Microsoft Office
