About the Role

Major Responsibilities

Assist LRD attorneys in all phases of player grievance process under the Collective Bargaining Agreement, including:
Providing administrative support in all phases of the grievance procedure
Document organization, preparation, and production
Conducting factual research and reviewing documents
Preparing for and attending hearings
Coordinating with vendors to ensure seamless run-of-show
Preparing post-hearing briefing
Tracking and helping drive completion of key obligations under the Collective Bargaining Agreement
Management and maintenance of internal databases
Various other tasks and special projects as requested by LRD attorneys
Managing group logistics and travel coordination
Participate in planning and organizing of events


About the Company

The position assists and provides administrative support in all matters handled by the Labor Relations Department as related to Major League Baseball players and umpires, administration of league affairs, and other legal-support matters as needed.
