About the Role

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following:
Compliance Management:
Assist with the continuous improvement, refinement, and implementation of legal compliance programs and tools, and support global legal compliance strategies
Build and maintain Compliance Hub SharePoint site
Maintain compliance documentation to include version tracking and preserving archives
Assist with creating and updating training materials and compliance communications to staff
Coordinate corporate compliance policy review process and support annual training initiatives
Assist with risk assessment processes
Monitor compliance email inbox and route requests as appropriate
Perform screening on third parties and provide reports as necessary
Proactively identify and provide input on compliance risks, gaps, and remedial measures
Coordinate with relevant business departments (e.g., IT, Human Resources, Finance, Operations, Marketing) to gather information, identify potential compliance issues, and escalate as necessary
Assist in audit-related compliance efforts as needed
Assist with compliance matters and projects as needed, in each case working with relevant stakeholders
