Your role involves offering legal counsel to a diverse range of internal stakeholders, actively steering our US legal procedures. You will adeptly navigate the interplay between commercial and contractual objectives while considering legal and risk elements. Your primary focus will be on commercial law, compliance with advertising regulations, e-commerce, and gambling law. Additionally, there may be occasional international and domestic travel as needed.

You will…

Provide legal support to the US General Counsel and US Executive Management Team.

Drive our US commercial contract lifecycle from negotiation through to contract execution, including affiliate agreements and insertion orders.

Develop commercial contracting process and administration.

Maintain a deep understanding of contract templates, contract policy, legal risk and liability, and company position on various matters.

Provide support for corporate governance activities as directed by the Head of Legal - US, such as drafting resolutions and preparing board reports.

Guiding and advising the US Sites Compliance Assistant on compliance with, and interpretation of, applicable local, state and federal laws and regulations to ensure the compliance of our US-facing websites.

Assist with ad hoc projects including M&A, data privacy, intellectual property, consumer law, marketing, technology, digital media, privacy and/or regulatory compliance.

Oversee the implementation of legal initiatives and projects.

Provide support to the business on other legal matters on an as-needed basis.
