About the Role
Assist with the preparation and drafting of commercial agreements, including, without limitation, Superlative’s representation agreements, naming rights agreements, presenting sponsorship agreements, category partnership agreements, pouring rights agreements, and premium seating agreements
Research, analyze, and write on a variety of legal areas including, without limitation: contracts, corporate, real estate, intellectual property, and employment and labor
Assist in ensuring compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations
Assist in responding to RFPs
Support all Superlative legal department efforts as required
Strategize with the Executive Director of Legal and Client Services to find innovative solutions to continually improve the Superlative legal department
Working alongside other departments within the company as needed
Performing contract management tasks and management of legal files
Other responsibilities as assigned
