About the Role

Major Responsibilities

Manage and support the trading card and auctions businesses, including:
Oversight and execution of day-to-day licensing operations (including product and marketing collateral approvals, deal memo / contract development and tracking, vendor compliance)
Development and execution of innovative growth strategies for all partners
Financial and revenue analysis and projections
DTC marketing and product integration
Planning and execution of on-site game worn product acquisition and authentication
New product development and execution
Fulfillment of partner marketing benefits
Partner relationship management
Development of industry dashboards and analytics standards for all business units
Coordination of all product acquisition from teams for auctions program
Global program collaboration with regional merchandise leads
Lead on-site trading card related events (Rookie Photo Shoot, All-Star, etc.)
Oversight and coordination of the U.S event retail business, including:
Deal development, negotiation and execution
Financial tracking and analysis
Industry analysis
Cross-category product integration into all retail executions
Development of “future plan” models
On-site oversight at key events


About the Company

Job Summary
This position is part of the Trading Cards, Memorabilia, Hardgoods and Event Retail group within the Global Partnerships & Media / Consumer Product Partnerships department. The role will have significant oversite and support of our trading cards, memorabilia, event retail, and auctions business for the NBA, WNBA, and G-League. The day-to-day responsibilities will require excellent interpersonal, business writing and communication skills, the ability to manage multiple complex projects at once, and frequent analysis of industry, sales, and royalty data.
