Who are we hiring?
Working with oversight from the VP, Legal & Business Affairs, the primary function of this position is to negotiate, draft and administer sales, marketing partnership, marketing-related and promotions-related agreements on behalf of the Marketing Partnerships, Marketing, Creative Services and PR groups.

What will you do?
Negotiate and draft various marketing/promotions agreements including agency engagements, cross-promotions, photographer/videographer engagements and photo shoot/video productions, releases, talent agreements, website development agreements, creative services agreements, vendor agreements, intellectual property licenses, real property licenses, and other commercial contracts.
Assist in summarizing, drafting, reviewing and negotiating marketing partnerships, corporate hospitality and advertising sales agreements.
Research, manage and track existing contractual obligations, including by evaluating exclusivity requirements, tracking end dates and extension/termination options and advising on assignment obligations.
Coordinate with various personnel throughout MSG to help facilitate contracts and business initiatives, liaising with other Departments (e.g., Finance, MSGS and Facilities) to ensure compliance with company policies.
Work on sweepstakes, contests and giveaways, including by preparing rules and registrations.
Advise clients on advertising, privacy/publicity, marketing, social media, promotions and other day-to-day matters.
Assess and advise on clearance requirements, including the review of any right of publicity/implied endorsement issues and use of player images.
Manage contracts from initial draft through execution, as requested, including setting up and maintaining contract files, constructing reference charts and databases, and preparing contract status reports.
Participate in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
