About the Role


Assist in the efforts of the NIL program at ISE Baseball for all NCAA marketing clients
Identify, research, and source local, regional, national and global marketing opportunities for ISE Baseball marketing clients at the collegiate level
Prospect and develop a pipeline, from inception to close, of endorsement and product deals with brands and agencies
Support the baseball marketing team on key projects as assigned, including market/brand/client research, logistics coordination and client events
Manage Salesforce CRM database, including tracking and reporting sales opportunities from development to execution
Serve as the liaison on NIL-related matters between all relevant university stakeholders and clients
Actively manage and regularly review university NIL policies and procedures, best practices including legislative advancements, compliance regulations and vendor landscape evolutions
Manage NIL questions and requests from university stakeholders (e.g., athletes, coaches, staff, etc.) and external stakeholders (e.g., boosters, third-party entities, local businesses, etc.)
Assist with NIL education for ISE Baseball and its clients through key topics including, but not limited to, industry trends and developments, compliance, personal branding, financial literacy, team culture and dynamics, sourcing and evaluating opportunities
Assist in the creation and execution of social and digital media strategies which enhance athlete recruitment efforts for all baseball programs
Support virtual and in-person recruiting efforts as permitted by NCAA legislation
Ability to travel as needed


Demonstrated knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations
Demonstrated understanding of Name, Image, Likeness “NIL” as it relates to the collegiate athletics space
Results-driven sales skills with a demonstrated track record of prospecting and building a pipeline of targeted opportunities
Strong interest in marketing, social media and communications
Strong leadership, communication, research, presentation and project management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines
Creative thinker and problem solver
Extremely organized with an acute attention to detail
Collaborative, team-oriented work style with ability to build effective business relationships
Salesforce proficiency


About the Company

ISE seeks a passionate, innovative and driven NIL Marketing Coordinator in their Chicago, IL office to support its Baseball Division. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in sales and be able to identify and close new marketing opportunities for ISE’s baseball clients.

The Name, Image, and Likeness “NIL” Marketing Coordinator will assist with all operations surrounding the NIL efforts put forth by the ISE Baseball NIL Team, with the goal of driving new business opportunities for its NCAA marketing clients. This includes, but is not limited to, prospecting companies, educating clients about the space, and ensuring adherence to the rules and regulations set forth by the athlete’s university, conference, state and the NCAA. This position will be responsible for supplementing ISE Baseball’s current NIL initiatives and ensuring its NCAA marketing clients have the tools, education and resources necessary to maximize opportunities and navigate this ever-changing space.
