About the Role
Essential Job Functions
Responsible for the paralegal review and tracking of obligations for routine commercial contracts (e.g., sponsorship, suite and event agreements, NDAs, vendor contracts, consulting agreements) with attorney supervision.
Ensure that waivers, use agreements, trademark permissions and other contracts are properly tracked and securely maintained.
Develop knowledge of applicable regulations, laws, and protocols relating to the NFL and the team; track periodic updates to contractual provisions to address regulatory / legal changes.
Support document organization and retention policies.
Assist in document production and discovery for litigation and audit matters.
Manage daily Workers Compensation Program matters (handle medical record requests, summarize settlement proposals, act as liaison with our TPAs, etc.).
Assist with the Corporate Partnership contract process (review draft Sponsorship and Suite License Agreements, relay pertinent edits to legal team, provide updates on outstanding contracts, etc.).
Manage legal requests and permissions in response to community relations requests.
Respond to unsolicited submissions.
Manage internal/external Certificate of Insurance requests.
Participate in meetings as needed to provide proposals and notes, following-up on items as necessary.
Manage relationships with internal business teams and external counsel.
All other duties as assigned.

The Paralegal will include assisting with all aspects of the organization’s Legal department.
