About the Role

Draft memoranda and surveys as requested.
Update and maintain certain databases and spreadsheets to remain current.
Perform non-legal research using various research tools, including the internet.
Assist with preparation for meetings, hearings, and other matters.
Assist with document productions, transactions and/or closings as needed.
Track compliance on various initiatives. Communicate with club personnel as requested to follow-up.
Organize and manage electronic and paper files.
Maintain master calendar of outstanding tasks on health and safety related projects and other areas, as requested.
Process invoices and expense reimbursements.
Perform other related duties as needed.
