DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: ·
Produce, edit, and manage various company business agreements and documents in accordance with company standards.
Assist with the contract lifecycle management and apply best-practice methodologies to develop contracts and supporting documentation.
Develop and manage a contract management system.
Draft corporate policies and governance documents in accordance with company standards.
Help create procedures and practices within the department to promote efficient workflows, including creating and managing form banks and templates.
Assist certain volunteer committees with their annual activities and projects.
Accurately research, analyze, and interpret legal documents in order to respond to inquiries.
Conduct research projects as assigned.
Assist with the department’s risk management efforts by conducting informational investigations, gathering documents, and drafting responses to various inquiries.
Handle miscellaneous projects and other duties as assigned for the legal department.
