About the Role
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Core duties and responsibilities include the following:
Litigation / Dispute Management:
Provide general case management support for staff attorneys.
Maintain/update litigation tracker.
Assist Chief Legal Officer (CLO) & VP Legal with mediation, arbitration, and litigation matters.
Liaise with third parties involved in disputes (outside counsel, case managers, insurance adjusters, etc.).
Prepare/maintain internal case files.
Assist with communications with auditors, and government agencies.
Assist Customer Service in addressing consumer matters.
Prepare and coordinate responses to discovery requests, subpoenas, etc., to ensure all court-imposed and other deadlines are met
