FanDuel Group is looking to add to its legal team a Manager Regulatory Counsel with 2-5 years of total legal experience to serve as supporting legal counsel for FanDuel’s regulated products and to contribute to FanDuel’s efforts to enter new markets and launch new products. This role sits at the exciting juncture of tech/product counsel and regulatory affairs, and will directly impact FanDuel’s efforts to expand and improve the Company’s product offerings.

This position will work with a fantastic team of regulatory compliance, licensing, and technology professionals striving to further FanDuel’s efforts to operate compliant wagering products in its regulated markets. Reporting to FanDuel’s Senior Director of Regulatory and Product, this role:
Contributes to Company efforts to launch sports wagering or online casino products in new markets;
Assists in efforts to obtain regulatory approval for new product features in existing markets;
Provides product counsel to FanDuel’s product and technology teams;
Manages team members as they strive to ensure compliant product offerings and operational practices; and
Provides counsel as needed to wider Regulatory Compliance team initiatives.
