FanDuel Group is looking to add to its legal team a Regulatory Counsel with 2-5 years of total legal experience to serve as supporting legal counsel for FanDuel’s regulated products and to contribute to FanDuel’s efforts to enter new markets and launch new products. This role sits at the exciting juncture of tech/product counsel and regulatory affairs, and will directly impact FanDuel’s efforts to expand and improve the Company’s product offerings.

This position will work with a fantastic team of FanDuel attorneys and regulatory compliance professionals striving to expand FanDuel’s national footprint and improve the Company’s product offerings. Reporting to a FanDuel Senior Counsel, this role will:

Review regulations and work with internal teams to satisfy regulatory requirements.
Advise the business on effective incident mitigation strategies and required product changes.
Oversee regulatory operations tasks related to new markets or new product offerings.
Support product teams in the delivery of key company initiatives.
Engage with state regulator staff and commercial partners, as needed.
Monitor the potential impact of upcoming changes to FanDuel products on regulatory compliance, and partner with internal stakeholders to appropriately address any necessary response.
Complete other regulatory compliance tasks assigned by management.
