About the Role
Role Summary
Provide legal representation for MSG and its business units, including MSG Ventures, in connection with all aspects of its technology efforts, including information technology (IT), software licensing, internet, mobile app development, connectivity, IP ownership, virtual/augmented reality and other digital/technology endeavors.
This position also provides day-to-day technology and non-technology operational legal support for MSG Ventures and technology development for MSG Sphere (MSG’s new immersive entertainment venues under development and construction) and MSG Studios (MSG’s Burbank, California content studio). The Senior Counsel Legal & Business Affairs will also provide advice and counsel on various cybersecurity, data security and privacy-related matters to internal clients, as well as advice and counsel on intellectual property-related issues, including management of MSG’s patent program and portfolio and intellectual property due diligence in connection with strategic investment/development transactions.
Provide support to other areas of MSG Legal Department as needed
