About the Role
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We need a Senior IP & Technology Contract Specialist to join us at NIKE’s World Headquarters in Beaverton, Oregon, to provide legal support to a team of attorneys and other professionals within the IP Transactions & Licensing team. Our contract specialists are teammates skilled at establishing and building partnerships with the team and business partners, flexible multitaskers with an ability to prioritize tasks and tackle problems with a high degree of independence.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
On any given day, you may be drafting a consulting agreement, preparing for a presentation to the business about how to submit a contract request, or driving a project to improve a process. In this role, you will be responsible for drafting and negotiating various agreements for Nike, working closely with the Nike Virtual Studios and RTFKT teams. You will work on services agreements, consulting agreements, development agreements, collaboration agreements, SOWs, NDAs, and other types of agreements. Under the supervision of an attorney, you will provide strategic counseling to business partners and prepare and deliver trainings to enhance compliance. You’ll work on a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment and engage with cross-functional teammates and various business groups.
