About the Role

Drafts and negotiates key company contracts and provides strategic and proactive legal advice to applicable business clients, including with respect to market access agreements, strategic partnership agreements, sponsorship agreements, and affiliate agreements
Inspires confidence in business clients by consistently providing well-reasoned legal advice and practical solutions to complex issues
Exhibits a strong work ethic and takes ownership of complex projects with minimal supervision while demonstrating sound judgment and superior decision-making, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills; meets prescribed deadlines
Demonstrates leadership and team-working skills in support of a collaborative environment

Performs other job-related duties as assigned by the Chief Legal Officer, which may include support with gaming regulatory or corporate record matters
Provides legal support and guidance to our Business Development, Corporate Strategy, and Compliance teams surrounding new offerings regulatory guidelines
Coordinates cross-functional legal input by working closely with other attorneys in the legal department
Maintains executed contract repository using contract management system
