At least 2 years of business immigration experience ideally with H-1Bs, L-1A/B, O-1s, P-1s etc. It's not a deal-breaker if you don't have experience with Os and Ps as we can train you but we are looking for someone with business immigration experience and a love for sports and music!
Duties May Include:
Preparing music and sports related cases like O-1s, P-1s, green cards etc.
Note: hybrid of remote & in-office work in Chicago required for this role. At the moment, we have people come into office 1 day per week and the rest is work-from-home. Even post-COVID, we will maintain our hybrid approach because we honor and support flexibility.
