About the Role
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We need a Contract Specialist to join us at NIKE’s World Headquarters in Beaverton, Oregon, to provide overall legal support to a team of attorneys and other professionals in the Global Sports Marketing Center of Excellence. Our contract specialists are standout colleagues able to establish and build partnerships with the team and business, flexible multitaskers with an ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems with a high degree of independence.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
On any given day, you may be answering inquiries regarding specific contract rights and obligations, updating contract templates, drafting, and negotiating a sports marketing endorsement agreement, or driving a project to improve a contract administration process. In this role, you will be responsible for sports marketing endorsement contracts with professional athletes, sports federations, and athletic programs and coaches worldwide. You also will assist NIKE Counsel and Sports Marketing Managers with preparation and negotiation of more complex sports marketing contracts worldwide. You will also be responsible for ensuring that Compliance screenings and other Legal policies, processes and procedures are adhered to.
