We are currently looking for a Sr. Legal counsel - Commercial Transactions to join one our Denver, CO based team. As Sr. Legal counsel - Commercial Transactions, you will report to Jaimie Wolf, VP of Legal and will play an integral role in supporting PointsBet’s continued growth and success.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements including marketing, SaaS, affiliate, advertising, market access, data feed, content licensing, payment processing, non-disclosure, consulting services, sponsorship, strategic partnership, promotional services, and other material agreements.
Help develop and maintain a library of form agreements.
Advise on and minimize company risks through contract negotiations.
Coordinate with and support other members of the legal team and external departments to ensure internal business alignment and compliance with laws, rules, and regulations (performing legal research as necessary and requested to support these objectives).
Build close relationships with personnel at supported business operations and obtain and maintain a strong knowledge of the product and objectives of those operations.
Provide sound business judgment, confidence, a sense of ownership, drive, comfort making tough calls where the answer is not clear, and an aptitude to learn quickly the nuances of the internet, technology and media businesses.
