Responsibilities:
The Law Clerk will be responsible for:
Researching legal issues
Preparing summaries and analyses of agreements
Supporting compliance initiatives, including with respect to intellectual property filings, lending obligations, and insurance
Tracking current litigations and legislation related to OneTeam business
Other duties as assigned
