The VP of Legal will report directly to the CEO and work together with the rest of management team and employees. They will be responsible for contributing to the overall management of all the legal and operational affairs for Tipico USA. The position holder ensures this is done by doing the following:

Advising, guiding and delivering legal counsel to the overall organization on all-encompassing matters affecting the company including corporate legal initiatives, state licensing requirements, structuring transactions with service providers, as well as partnership agreements.
Maintaining relationships with relevant local, state and federal governmental bodies, legislatures and the community at large as well as the Tipico Group Board, shareholders and key partners of Tipico USA.
Advising the CEO and executive management team on various legal and regulatory issues regarding ongoing operation and expansion of Tipico in the US, including product, technology, finance, HR, marketing, sports betting and igaming operations.
Building the legal department by mentoring and supporting the attorneys within the Tipico US group while contributing to a collaborative team culture demonstrating leadership and initiative to drive the success of the legal team.
