Alameda County approves motion to support new ballpark for Oakland A's

Looking for signs of hope that the Oakland A’s might have a future in Oakland? There might have been some glimmers from Tuesday’s meeting of the Alameda County Board of Supervisors.
The five supervisors, after a long day of discussion and debate, voted 4-1 to support a non-binding resolution declaring the county’s willingness to keep studying its financial participation in the A’s planned massive development on the waterfront.
