The Arizona Coyotes say they made good on $1.3 million in back taxes Thursday after Glendale gave the team an ultimatum: Pay up by Dec. 20 or get locked out of Gila River Arena.

Coyotes spokesperson Rich Nairn late Thursday morning told The Arizona Republic that the team had paid up. "The Coyotes are current on all bills and tax liabilities," he added.
