Jason Spezza suspended 6 games for kneeing Winnipeg Jets' Neal Pionk

Maple Leafs forward Jason Spezza has been suspended six games for kneeing Winnipeg Jets' Neal Pionk in the head, the NHL's department of player safety announced Tuesday night. Pionk entered the NHL’s concussion protocol two days after he was kneed by Spezza early in the third period of Sunday's game, a 6-3 Jets win.
