Per Law360: A recent New Jersey high court ruling making it easier to sue employers for failing to accommodate disabilities doesn't help the case of a former NFL player who was barred from wearing a protective visor, the league argued Tuesday.

New York Jets Safety, Rontez Miles, is suing the NFL after an injury that occurred in the second game of the 2017 preseason. A lineman’s hand went through the face mask of Miles and broke his orbital bone in his right eye in two places.
