Proposed Arkansas rule change would guarantee land-based casinos 51% of online sports betting revenues

A dispute in Arkansas over profit-sharing between local casinos and online bookmakers is gaining attention outside the Natural State.

Carlton Saffa, chief market officer at Saracen Casino Resort in Pine Bluff, tweeted this week that he has received calls from casino operators across the country wishing their states had considered the so-called “51% rule.”
