Ryan Garcia, already suspended a year, expelled from WBC after hateful comments

Ryan Garcia further turned himself into a boxing pariah on Thursday with a series of hateful online comments which resulted in his expulsion from the World Boxing Council, one of the sports' major sanctioning bodies.
