Shilo Sanders Scores Partial Dismissal of Bankruptcy Lawsuit

A federal bankruptcy judge in Colorado Thursday dismissed some of the claims brought by security guard John Darjean against University of Colorado safety Shilo Sanders, who owes Darjean more than $11 million.

Judge Michael Romero partially granted Sanders’ motion to dismiss Darjean’s lawsuit, which accuses Sanders of misusing the bankruptcy discharge process and limited liability companies to avoid paying.
