Visa rules prevent most foreign college athletes from cashing in on NIL

More than 12% of college athletes in the U.S. are from a foreign country, and most of them are "not getting NIL deals," according to Pat Eaton-Robb of the AP. The vast majority foreign student-athletes are on F-1 student visas that "prohibit students from working off campus except in rare authorized exceptions."
