Western Michigan athletes can continue playing without vaccine, judge rules

Per @MLive: Western Michigan University athletes can continue to play and practice without a COVID-19 vaccine, a federal judge ruled Thursday.

United States District Judge Paul Maloney continued a temporary restraining order Sept. 9 that blocks WMU’s policy requiring its student athletes to have at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine to remain active members of an athletic team.
