Per The Athletic: Following a four-day hearing, Los Angeles Superior Court judge Dianna Gould-Saltman ended the temporary ex parte restraining order issued against Dodgerspitcher Trevor Bauer by a 27-year-old San Diego woman accusing him of sexual assault. After hearing testimony from the accuser and other witnesses, Gould-Saltman concluded Thursday that the pitcher did not pose an immediate threat to her.
